As a former competitive cyclist, snowskiier, triathlete, horseback rider, long distance runner and avid rock climber in the Colorado Rockies, Dr King is very familiar with sports injuries, back, neck and joint pain. After a serious lower back injury from a horseback riding episode, Dr King was unable to participate in her competitive sports endeavors and found relief through chiropractic care after the traditional conservative measures failed. With such great success, upon completion of her bachelors of science in Nutrition at Colorado State University, she pursued her Doctorate degree in Chiropractic, realizing that the art and science of chiropractic went "beyond the bones and joints".
